May Life Serve You CHEESE!

I have a really 'cheesy' picture of my boyfriend and i on my Facebook profile. I'm in love with this photo, as it's SO CUTE!  One of my friends, Tim, said this to me as a comment below the photo and i knew it had to be my next colored drawing.

It rings true for so many things for me. I love cheesy; photos, jokes, dancing, etc etc... and i [truly] hope, i have a lifetime of the finest cheese.

Forever With You.

I'm super sappy these days. But really, i always have been. This is another one of 'those doodles' that i actually drew at the auction before i moved to NY, but didn't color it until yesterday. :)

I REALLY like it!

I'm starting to REALLY LOVE these simplistic, colorless backround doodles. They make me super happy. 

I think later today I'm going to draw more simple doodles.

Robots Love God too!

I had the privilege to draw this doodle for my church's children's ministry and i REALLY like how it came out! I just have a few changes to make to is and then i can show you the finished drawing, but i wanted to share in the mean time. :)

2011: "My Year In Images"

This year has been an AMAZING year! Good gracious so many incredible things have happened!

In January i won a [grant] from United Arts.

In February i got in my [first] car accident. #w00t

In March i had a ME day!!

In April helped the talented Robin, hang an art show. 

In May, I hung my VERY [FIRST art show]at B3 Cafe!

In June i went to [the BIG apple] and saw ^them^! 

In July, i spent the weekend with these GREAT peoples!

In August i hung my [2nd!!] art show at Raphsodic Bakery!! 

In September we all sang in Rainy Day Revival!  
the choir band at my church!

In October...two words: DIM SUM!!!

My Art was HUNG at the Orlando Museum of Art!

In December i started to date my best friend.
I'm the luckiest girl in the world. :) :)

I'm happy that it's almost 2012 and am excited for all the adventures to come... but am so #thankful 2011 had so many blessings in it.

Thank you to all of my incredible friends, all the amazing people who supported Cherry Runway, and to my family. I'm a very lucky girl!

Canvas', Cafes, and First art shows...

My show looks so swell! I'm so thankful! I've updated it a few times in the last two months and each time add more and more hand made canvas' and water colors. It's glorious having a space to hang my work, and i hope to have the privilege to do it again!

I truly LOVE how this canvas came out! So pretty, and cute. I love it!! <3

I am SO grateful for United Arts. I couldn't have done ANY of this without them. Just filling out the grant application gave me the COURAGE to apply to have my work at B3, the grant i won this year provided me with materials to make this show come true. I am so very blessed. I have sold originals, and prints at B3, Drunken Monkey, and Timothy's Gallery. 

Bikes, Beans and Bordeaux has the BEST egg/cheese sandwich I've ever had.

I am SO blessed. Thank you to Jen and Darrell at B3, and to all my friends and family who have supported me, and purchased my art. I am honored, and so thankful for your support. It really does mean THE WORLD to me. :)

i AM a princess.

On Monday, my 89 year old GREAT aunt called to tell me she sent me a package.

Inside was the most beautiful card saying how i am their princess and expressing how much joy i bring to them. She said i should always feel like a princess and when i forget i should put on the tiara to remind myself.

Today is one of those days.

I have the best best best BEST aunt and uncle in the entire world. I love them so dearly.

I can't believe the amazing turn out last night at my art show.

Opperation: Valentines Day!!
